You do not need to get an FFL License Application if you “make occasional sales, exchanges, or purchases of firearms for the enhancement of a personal collection or for a hobby, or you sell all or part of your personal collection of firearms” or you are “a person who makes occasional repairs or who occasionally fits special barrels, stocks, or trigger mechanisms to firearms”.
