A Federal Firearms Dealer License Requires a Secure Environment
In order to obtain a Federal Firearms Dealer License, it is important that the place of business is secure and meets all federal regulations for safety. The federal government can deny issuing a license to anyone who does not meet this security regulation before the person actually applies for a firearms license. The dealer must also have the ability to secure and buy firearms on his own. The guns must be stored in secure locations in the business itself and cannot be kept in disarray. The business location must already be set up and secure before a firearms license is applied for.
